This means that Huawei will not be able to have partnerships with American companies, such as Google, without the approval of the American administration. Google owns the Android operating system, used by more than 86 percent of smartphones sold in the world.
When will the Huawei Mate 30 Pro be released
Business Insider writes that Huawei may announce the release date of the new Mate 30 Pro and the Mate 30 range on September 19, according to a message published by the company Chinese on Twitter.
Could the Huawei Mate 30 Pro have Android?
Given the restrictions imposed by the United States, it is possible that the new smartphone will not use the Android operating system, developed by Google, or will not have applications created by the search engine, such as Gmail or Maps.
A Google spokesperson told Reuters that the Huawei Mate 30 phone will not be able to be sold with Google's operating system and apps due to the restrictions. Huawei representatives also stated in August that it is not a certainty that the Mate 30 models will use Android.
