Porting the mobile phone number from one network to another has increased since 2014, when RCS & RDS relaunched Digi Mobil and came to the market with subscriptions at ridiculous prices. The aggressive offer of the blue operator forced the other players to rethink their strategies, so today we can enjoy very advantageous subscriptions and PrePay offers. Digi Mobil este singurul operator telecom ce a câştigat clienţi prin portarea numărului de telefon mobil în 2017

According to the data collected by ANCOM and published by zf.ro, in 2017 the only operator that really gained customers on the mobile porting market was Digi Mobil. It managed to draw over 384,000 numbers and lost just over 48,000 numbers, an increase of about 336,000 numbers.

They are not yet worrying, but they are a small warning signal for the operator controlled by billionaire Zoltan Teszari.

The other 3 big companies share their losses as follows:

There are two other small virtual operators, AKTA and Lycamobile, but the figures obtained by them are insignificant in total.
