After a short beta test period, Facebook has started distributing the new version of the WhatsApp call menu for iOS users. Under the new formula, users can more easily include new participants in the ongoing call, while also enjoying other benefits.
Already available in the WhatsApp Beta version, the new call menu is strikingly similar to the one available in the FaceTime app for iOS, the developer seems to be plagiarizing the latter. In any case, WhatsApp users choose the option to connect to a video call session with their voice already in progress and view the list of participants:
When can you join group calls? If you temporarily ignore the invitation to join a group call and start WhatsApp after a while, the app will alert you if the group call is still in progress, with the option to log in without asking your employees for permission again. .
Also in terms of welcome changes, the mobile version of WhatsApp now ensures that archived chats remain inactive when new messages are received. At the same time, the new version of the application also shows suggestions for animations to insert, even while writing the message you intend to send.
According to the WhatsApp administrator, the new functionality is gradually activated for network users, not everyone having access to these facilities from the beginning. The WhatsApp version for iOS is available for free from the App Store, and can be installed on any device equipped with at least iOS 10.
