The most expensive models of the future iPhone series will offer, for the first time, a version with 1TB of storage space, reports News.ro.
The Pro versions of the iPhone series that Apple is preparing to officially present, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, will have, as the top of the range, a variant equipped with 1TB storage space.
It is the first time that the smartphones of the American company, sometimes criticized precisely because they do not supplement the storage space, offer such an option. It is expected that Apple will ask a very high price for its 1TB phones.
Thus, the Pro versions of the iPhone 13 would offer four options in terms of storage space: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
At the same time, the other versions will take a step forward in terms of storage – the 64GB version will be abandoned and a 512GB version will be added. This means that, in the case of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini models, the storage options would be 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.
Apple is expected to present the third generation of AirPods headphones, along with the iPhone 13 series and the new Apple Watch series. This would be sold in parallel with the current version, which will benefit from a price reduction.
The event where Apple will present its newest products, led by the iPhone 13, will take place on September 14, 2021 and will be broadcast online.
