I mean, I approached the phone to the POS terminal and read the data from the smartphone via NFC.The Near Field Communication option (NFC) must be activated in order to communicate with the POS terminal and carry out the transaction.

The transaction is safer, because the bank card is not used directly.Google explains that it works like this:

I installed the Google Pay application on the smartphone, a few minutes after reading the news, on September 8.I noticed that there are concerns on this topic and I said to try to come up with details about this payment mode.

I had the card saved in Google so did not ask me for additional data.If you do not have a card already saved in your Google account, it will probably ask you a lot of information.Card data, address, just like at the bank.

The Google account in which I saved the card does not coincide with the name on the card, with my name, and I needed to call the bank to explain what I want to do, from which device.

They gave me access on the next day, on September 9, when I made the first payment at a grocery store, worth 10.49 lei.To avoid any problems I also had cash on me.But it wasn't the case, it went perfectly.

I made another payment, on September 10, this time I bought paper for the printer from a bookstore, a payment of 23 lei.
