Samsung has revealed in the last 24 hours a phone that has escaped surprise many times, for an "S" version. It's about the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G, which stands out for its Snapdragon 778G processor, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 750G 5G on the A52 5G. Find out what else is changing and what remains the same below.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G is a 6 nm processor produced by TSMC and also found on phones like Realme GT Master Edition or Motorola Edge 20. As for the phone, the Galaxy A52s 5G brings 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, but there are also variants with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. There is also a microSD slot. Apart from the CPU, we have another upgrade, it's a minor one, namely the fact that we get a 25W charger in the box, compared to the 15W one that came with the A52 5G.

The battery remains a 4500 mAh one and I'm curious about the consumption of the new CPU. In front is the same 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and the same 32 MP selfie camera, and also in front, the optical fingerprint reader is integrated into the screen. The rear quad camera hasn't changed either, with this setup:

The IP67 certification remains, for water and dust resistance, and the phone can be submerged for a maximum of 30 minutes in one meter of fresh water. The phone will become available in the UK from September 3 with a starting price of 410 pounds, and assuming we convert to lei, it means 2367 lei. The handset will be available in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Violet and Awesome Mint colors.
