The release of iOS 8.1 has brought to the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch a system called iCloud Photo Library, which was originally presented by Apple this summer in the opening conference of WWDC 2014. iCloud Photo Library is available for all iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Macs that are signed in to the same Apple ID, Apple account, and have already activated the iCloud Library (Beta) system in Settings> Photos & Camera, or Settings> Photos and Camera.

iOS 8.1 iCloud Photo Library comes with a Photos app available on Apple's iCloud.com website, which allows you to quickly manage photos and videos directly from its web interface. iCloud Photo Library automatically syncs all photos and videos in iDevices that are connected to the same Apple ID, Apple account, all multimedia content being combined in iCloud and fully displayed in all terminals interconnected by the account.

Because we're talking about constantly syncing multimedia content in your accounts when a user makes a change to a picture or video clip, it's automatically synced to iCloud on all devices. Moreover, the iCloud Photo Library saves only low-resolution versions of the photos in the terminals to save space, the rest of the images being saved in high resolution on Apple's servers and downloaded as needed.

Using the iCloud Photos web application, users can interact with photos, organize them into albums, download them to their own devices, and automatically delete them from all Apple products connected to their account without any problems. ICloud Photo Library is not working properly at this time, so if you choose to use it, you should be aware that there may be a problem with it.
